How much time can you spend at threshold in 1 day

This weekend I'm racing a 200mi. four man relay. It is ~20-25mi stages of rollers and ~10mi stages on the climbs. I have 4 stages that add up to just under 100 miles total, normally with 1-2 stages of rest in between. Can I ride them near threshold? or will I be wrecked by the end.

I think it's safe to say that you cannot stay at threshold for 100 miles in a day. Even with an hour or two between hour long efforts. 80-90% of threshold (tempo pace) might work though.

I'm not following the math. 200 mile, 4 man relay should divide up as 50 miles per man. Unless you are an order of magnitude stronger than your teammates, I wouldn't think dividing the work 100, 33,33,33, would make much sense.

Is the plan for you to do 4 flat stages and others do the climbs?
You could fall off a cliff and die.
You could get lost and die.
You could hit a tree and die.
OR YOU COULD STAY HOME AND FALL OFF THE COUCH AND DIE.

you can stack a few people up on one stage... so we normally do two man time trials the climbing stages are normally done solo.

I'm probably the weakest link on my team: cat1, cat3, cat1 mtb, and me the cat 4.

    Here is the course profile:

2: FTP (should be about 45 minutes give or take)
4: All out on the climbs, recover on downhills
7: FTP till you crest the last bit of climb, then tempo the way down
    10: All out
