Strained calf before race
It appears I have strained my left calf on Tuesday night at the gym (went a little to hard on the weights). I have been off the bike since then icing it last night and this morning. The soreness has decreased but there is still some there, not to much when standing on my toes. I have a race tomorrow morning and cant decide on the fallowing:
A. Get on trainer tonight and spin a little (dont feel like riding in rain today)
B. Stay off the bike till tomorrow races and get in a longer warm-up
C. Skip the race and just stay off it till next week
I have never strained a calf before so I am looking for advice. Dont have trouble walking and have been putting ice on it for 20 minutes every 2 hours.

If your calf isn't happy, let it heal. There will be more races.
