Queen City Criterium Weekend

I'm planning a trip to Lockport, NY sometime in August. One of the weekends I'm considering is August 8-9. There just happens to be some racing taking place in Buffalo that weekend that looks like fun.

Anyone ever do this event? Or planning on doing it this year? Is it worth making the 40 minute trip into Buffalo for it?

Hey man- New event this year. They have run a crit course on the saturday event however sundays niagara crit is new. The sunday crit will be head right in front of city hall (thats niagara square).

I am originally from Buffalo but live near Lake Placid. I will be making the 5'ish hour trek along with a ton of teammates to the event. A lot of great racing in Buffalo and I am sure that BBC will come out in force for the event.

Sounds good. I'll probably end up doing it.

I ride for a different BBC, so maybe I'll blend in.

ha nice, BBC has something like 5 different teams within it. Weird structure that has its advantages and disadvantages.

Grumpy- You meant watch out for swimbike right?? Are you making the trek over? For this event, or Owasco?
