Core/Flexibility DVD?

The gym class is great for looking at undergrads, but it's becoming inconvenient to make the class times.

Does anybody have a suggestion for a DVD that will help with cycling-related fitness? I'm looking for core strength, flexibility, a modicum of upper body strength, etc.

I don't know anything about workout videos, but it'd be rad if one had the option to turn the music track off, but leave the instruction.

Thanks for any info,
Brian.

Dog, you want yoga classes. Bikram yoga is the answer. Trust me on this one.

dont just take a cursory glance as the above link will look like gay pornography

I also use the 'yoga for athletes' book to stretch trouble areas

Why do all try athletes insist on using those gay jerseys?
