The gym class is great for looking at undergrads, but it's becoming inconvenient to make the class times.
Does anybody have a suggestion for a DVD that will help with cycling-related fitness? I'm looking for core strength, flexibility, a modicum of upper body strength, etc.
I don't know anything about workout videos, but it'd be rad if one had the option to turn the music track off, but leave the instruction.
