Finding races...
Hi all, new to the racing forum, though I've been around the Road Bike forum for quite some time now.
I'm looking to get into racing, but can't seem to find very many races in my area. I live in Virginia, but would be willing to travel to WV, TN, NC, KY, or MD. I'm desperate. I'd like to do a race in September, but am having LOTS of trouble finding any.
Do y'all have any sites that you use to find races? I've tried active.com, and that wasn't very helpful. Just seems like everything is a tour rather than a race...
Thanks!!
Cole

Click on "calendars", then "2004 D42 schedule"
I don't see anything in September in Virginia, except maybe the Bryan Park training crits in Richmond.
