Then a 53 mile ride and 3800 feet of climbing during which I stopped and ate a small serving of macaroni salad, with Lays chips and lemonade. I passed on selecting anything from the rack of donuts rudely displayed next to the cash register.
2 PBJ recovery sandwiches and apple juice when I got home. Later I'm having 3 pieces of roasted chicken without the skin, plus a tomato, red pepper (both uncooked), and carrot juice.
