buckwheat + banana + apple breakfast

Milk + piece of bread before class

Pear + salad during class (all kinds of veggies, beans, chick peas, etc).

Going to eat a bowl of rice and steamed veggies when I get home.

Wow...

You're skinny and tall. Not completely sure, but you probably need to put on some muscle. How long have you been riding?

I'm not sure why, but for some reason with that height and weight I expected to see a much higher w/kg. Dunno why.

Stuffed.

5 cups vegetables (150 calories)
Veggie burger with WW bun (280 calories)
2 sweet potato and black bean quesadillas (260 calories)

Good dinner when I can be stuffed after only 690 calories (I rounded it up to 750 in case I underestimated stuff).

Still 150 calories left for the day, and it was an off day, so that's even harder to do.

I'm eating my 1st Dum-Dum lolly (hehe), butterscotch.

I've got a second one here for later, that one's cream soda.

50 calories total. Hopefully these will hold me until bed time.

Big bowl of whole wheat spaghetti w/red sauce. 2 slices of multi-grain bread...and then I think I over-did it by eating a row of double-stuff oreos

OK...I'm starting to feel better. Time to seriously start counting calories again. I've actually lost a couple of pound just winging it while I was sick and not working out.

So far this morning, Breakfast 1 - post ride protien drink, 6 oz low fat chocolate milk, ganola bar. Breakfast 2 - 100 calorie english muffin w peanut butter & 8 oz OJ.

I'll be hitting Arby's for lunch today. Beef-n-Cheddar, curly fries

That means afternoon snack is limited to fruits & veggies.

Dinner will be sloppy joes and a bunch of steamed broccoli.

Eventually I'll start eating lunch at my desk and do a little better on the Arby's type stuff.

Sorry dog, fries have no business in a diet. I'm pretty sure arby's doesn't either..

just ate a reese's... my coworker is leaving all her leftover candy on the wall our desks share with the hallway. I gave in early, no more excuses the rest of the day.

Breky: WW/banana/walnut pancakes for breakfast with 2 eggs (I've been running huge protein deficits the last week or two... it has to stop)
Lunch: stirfry, sweet potato, & WW pasta for lunch

Yeah. I know. I did well exercising and counting calories to lose 50 lbs. That was step one. Step 2 is going to be cleaning up the diet a bit more. Lunch is usually the bad one for me. It's nice to get out of the office and fast food is quick and easy and close. Breakfast & dinner are usually pretty good though. But I don't eat enough fruits & veggies. That is something I am working on.

Two slices of homemade cranberry/walnut bread with jam for breakfast, now doing some homework. Lunch in an hour or so, then ride at 1.

I'm thinking breakfast burrito kinda thing for lunch, but I'm not sure we have eggs. Hmmm.
