Nah, didn't do the ITT... Ex came out with a great time at the itt, pretty sure I wouldve had it handed to me yesterday.

Korioth only dropped 45 seconds to his and lances time from last year, which was probably the amazing feat of the day.

Ya, I'm fully expecting a good write up from kb as well. I'm sure he's still in the car on his way home like me.

Congrats on the great team ride! That is crazy that Korioth's team came that close to the time he and Lance had last year. It was funny watching the reporters talking to Korioth after the ITT since Lance didn't show.

Yeah Ex and his teammate were actually slower this year than last and last year they made a wrong turn. Ex finished second yesterday behind JT Cody (cat 1 State RR champion) and beat Kourioth in the ITT.

I talked to him after the ITT and he thought it was a good ride, but I didn't stay around for the results. Wow, didn't realize it was a GREAT ride!

he was definitely flying yesterday, today it probably had more to do with his teammate hanging on for dear life entire eace and ex not getting much help. I was lucky enough to be pretty well matched up speed wise and we worked really well together.

I think he eode a 35min itt. Crazy time with all of those turns and hills.

and for excuses, my partner was sick for two weeks and his first ride back was the itt yesterday. He's just got the mental toughness of a steel rod. Impossible to hurt him no matter how he is feeling.

35 mins.... yesh. 41:04 for me (according to p-tap). Insane. Your partner sounds like a poster boy for HTFU.

41:14. Legs were not feeling the groovy yesterday. But it's such an awesome course. Glad I decided to sprint around that pickup truck at the last bridge - the next guy was 3 seconds back.

Didn't ride today.

Great course, but I was racing it blind and definitely over-cooked some corners. I loved all the people cheering us. I actually had to go around a mini-van right after the start after the very first bridge. They panicked and just kinda parked right before the road turned left.

Looking at last years times this year seems much faster. We would have been second, only 10s out of first with our time last year..this year we were 6th.

Head wind going out, which was a little uphill, about 6 mph I think. So that meant a tailwind on the way back.

Very nice ride, congrats! That's a very good placing in a strong group.

Went into this pretty flat, I was wiped out after States. Week prior I drove across from the West Coast and got maybe 2 hours of riding in. Half of me hoped for rain so I could beg off the drive; warming up Saturday I had zero enthusiasm. But I didn't want to embarrass myself in a really strong field, so I just put my head down and rode. Almost crashed coming back in the corner after the second bridge; went full Rossi with the front end turned in (car made me change my line and swing wide). Nipped Big John by a second for second, Cord was only 6 seconds back in 4th. JT is on fire right now and smoked us all.

Nice hanging out with some of the guys on Saturday, lots of class racers.

Sunday was a long ride for a hamburger and a nice team party post-event. EDR and Kev got hit with sandbags, that should have been the winning time and big ups to my other teammate for riding with a cracked collerbone from the stoopid cross race the day before.

JK called his shot the day before on that one. He and KK are a perfect match for that course, both big power guys and nearly identical in size. They smoked it.

My poor teammate said he got more draft off his 11 y/o son
