Same group for me as well. Barring another injury I'll likely be on the "travel" half our our elite team, so I'll get to do Utah, Cascade, Gila, and all the other big ones west of the Mississippi. Looking forward to it, should be a good year.
Collegiate is still the same, obviously. Goals for that season are win more races than last year (3) and have a go at Nationals. The Wisconsin course will probably suit me pretty well.

I switched to a new team after my team folded. It's a cat 3 development team (I know right?) but I get coaching kit and some entry fees which is really nice, and I race with a bunch of guys my age.

I have a 20+ member team this year and only 3 people have committed for next year. Its pretty much a one-way conversation. I send out emails asking for suggestions, new sponsors, what they want for 2010, and only 1 or 2 reply. Or when I ask the team what they want to do over the winter but instead of teammate A telling me "oh lets to trainer nights at this place, the owner is going to let us use the space and has big screen tvs", he tells teammate b to tell me. Or in the late summer/early fall, I had huge interest in cyclocross. I've driven to every single race by myself this season. Ok I'm done ranting

Sticking with the BBC (Berkely Bike Club) made some solid friends last season and had a great time going from a 3-2 with a couple of team-mates.
So far we are all on board and looking forward to next season. The recruiting went well and we picked up some talent here and there...was actually easy when people saw us working together, placing and just having fun as a team! On more then a few occasions we were approached about the possibility of joing the team post race.
Will be interesting to see how next season plays out, from what I hear the BBC has not had a elite squad for ten years or so...bit nervous as i watch alot of the area's fast guys getting shuffled around and new teams emerging with lots of horsepower.

New team.
Some of the old sponsors, some of the new and 1 sponsor is me.
6 riders for next year and 2 of them have been doing National Team projects this year. If I can get the guys to gel as a team we might do ok.

one of the squad is a former team mate of mine from a few years ago (actually 2 others were as well, but they switched to something different for 2010).
team of 10, four Cat 1s and 6 cat 2s
should be a fun year, and i'll be at liberty to do 35+ as well since a number of the team members are "age appropriate".
