Hi,
I did it two or three times in the mid-1980s. Can't remember exactly because the mind tries to block out memories of pain. I would think about doing it but it's the same weekend as my annual futile attempt to go under an hour in our district 40K ITT.
BTW, I was probably 15-20 lbs lighter back then as I am now.
