Down to 207 this morning. That's 4 pounds off since last week. Encouraging. Still a long way to go though, and I'm 6 lbs or so behind my pace. Still lost 14 lbs so far though, which is almost a bike.

finally under 70kg (well, barely since i'm at 69.9kg). First time in probably four months, and i'm finally get some muscle definition back as well. Power is probably down, but that's okay as i'll worry about that later after i cut down to say 68kg ish

Still sitting between 77-78 kg. Bringing my riding up a bit, so I should drop a little more within the next couple weeks.

Down to 203 on Saturday. Lost 8 lbs in two weeks while the fiance was gone. It's easier to diet when she's not here.

New to this forum. Around 5'7" and 41yo. Currently 158lbs and would like to drop to 155lbs. But I'm going on a 15 days vacation next week. Hoping not to gain too much :-)

Anyone else gain weight during the season? I do relax a bit with my diet over the summer and let myself gain about 7 pounds. It's amazing how fast it can come off. I cut my diet to about 1900 calories per day and have kept my riding the same - about 10 hours per week. Lost 5 pounds already after week 2. I might keep doing this as I have never gotten below 164. I have a race coming up later in Sept. that it would be nice to be 160 or less.

I usually get lean for the spring races, and then don't care over the summer and gain a few pounds as well. It's pretty easy as a cyclist to fluctuate 5-10lbs though when you want. Just got to control the diet for the weight when you need it and when you don't. I don't see any reason to be super lean during certain parts of the season, only leads to possible sickness and worse recovery.

^yep my weight fluctuates by about 10 lbs all throughout the season. right now im at like 160, and im going to start reeling my weight back in.

I saw 76.9 kg this morning. Lowest in recent memory. Gonna keep eating healthy and hoping to hover about here for a while.

if you are making a new sheet for 2013 then i should probably in. having dealt with injury for most of this season i feel motivated to take off a bit of weight this off-season and building up fitness.
