Not sure about the substance list but I tried Melatonin and it did not do anything for me.

On the other hand, chocolate flavor Micellar casein with milk does wonders for me

Melatonin doesn't always work for me. Even with the same dose my response to it varies from nothing to knocked out and groggy half the next day. I stopped using it and switched to benedryl if I really can't get to sleep. At least that clears my system and leaves me feeling normal in the morning. Helps my scratchy night-time allergy throat too.

Melatonin works wonders for me. I work overnights so I need it to sleep during the day. Every so often I'll wake up still feeling tired/groggy. But, I honestly think the benefits outweigh the negatives.

Check it out. https://www.globaldro.com/

OP...Compression, elevation and water. Plan your recovery before you start the hard effort - warmup, eat before you need it, hydration and cool down and stretching.

If you ask a rhetorical question, do you really want to know the answer?

Now is that a rhetorical question, or are you expecting an answer?
