looking up a bib number
I recently got a team Tibco jersey at a bike swap. It has a 2009 Elite National Road Championship number 16 bib on it. I wonder who wore this jersey and could it be a collector's item?

Making a kilometer blurry
It would only be mildly interesting if it was from a current new star like Teejay. But even he was a continental pro in 2009 and probably would have raced the pro champs, not elite.
I'm sure it's worth whatever a jersey in that size and condition is worth.
