This was me in April and May. Rest and cutting loose a number of obligations helped.

Try doing nothing for a few days. And I mean nothing. Just sleep in, read a book, and do nothing. It'll be tough for you, but just do it.

Yeah, my Dr. recommended a CT. Debating... haven't met deductible, so it would make more sense to do it in January.

Over the last few days I only managed to get about 4 hours of sleep each night. Stress from some trivial crap that I was letting get to me kept my brain spinning Thursday and Friday, and yesterday I spent eight hours in the car to meet up with my god son and spend time with him for his 15th birthday.

Today I would like to go do something, like ride my bike for a couple of hours or weights at the gym, but instead I am just doing couch intervals and reading. I may let myself walk the dogs later.

Shush that's too much work. I am lazy, and therefore only eat things that are pre-made and over priced.

I suspect the kid needs supervision to make PB&J. Open flames would surely be off limits.

Had a good day marshalling at the crits yesterday. It was fine and warm. No-one crashed on my corner and I got to see some good racing. Standing on the inside of a fast sweeper when the elite guys come past makes for a nice rush. makes up for being to fat and slow to be able to race: I would be dropped within a couple of laps of even the slowest one.

I took the rock star out for a 30m run earlier. Ridley's become quite the runner. Then came home, made grilled cheese for Mrs. Ex and I, and watched the righteous defeat the dopers on the gridiron.

Yes, I truly believe that the 49ers are all steroid free and the Seahawks are Festina in shoulder pads.

Congrats FB, that's a lot of hard work paying off.

EX: I've had the same pair of Asolo boots for over 15 years. They've seen four continents and many soles, but the uppers are still going strong. I'd *very* highly recommend them.

on an unrelated note, I'm looking to pick up some more track gear in particular: a 172.5 crank, Dura Ace or comparable. Anyone have anything they'd be willing to part with?

Weird sleep patterns due to interrupted sleep. Junior seems to wake up 1-2x a night and I can't sleep well anymore because I wake up when I hear him fussing. I end up napping during the day. Saturday two big naps, yesterday (now it's yesterday anyway) I napped in the morning as well as in the afternoon. Woke up just now after a very brief sleep. Ugh.
