The guy who worked with my wife rehabbing her knee was pretty good. He's in Rancho. Lemme know.

Probably Lyme, EIA, or not enough doping.

You know Caren in the club? She's a PT, she might be able to help you.

There's a guy named Randy Ice in Murietta who is well known (specializes in cardiac) and he travels around doing clinics for all types of PT. You can call him and he'll answer questions and give advice on the phone.
He helped a runner I know some time ago and it was free.

oh yeah, sorry to hear about the injury.

It is always heart warming when BF members share their personal experiences. Alas it is none of the above, just your common cold.

Really sucks. From an active soccer/lacrosse player, to a "90 year old" 17 year old. (Her 85 year old grandmother is in better shape)
I'm really sorry to read this. I pray for a quick and full healing for her.

Stopped on my ride for coffee. As I sat down, the table next to me brought up a some thought provoking stimuli. Apparently, cycling isn't healthy for you because it oversizes your hip flexor muscles. I'm thinking about quitting cycling now and getting a hip flexor test.

Welcome to my world. I am a "lead" person on my team which means I do some extra **** but have no authority that really matters. My office has 2 FTEs due to the size of the area we manage, but my life is SO much easier when my angry-lady coworker isn't around. I've had 3 people work with me in this office (also near our supervisor, so easy peek-ins): first was on her way to being fired, second was removed from a Grad desk so they stuck him here and only moved him out when my current peer had issues enough with some power players that she was removed from her desk and effectively banned from ever working that region again.

I am the trustee of a goddamn halfway house for terrible employees.

The biggest issue I have with my co worker is he's a know it all. If I have an issue (like I'm having now) I can't really share it with him because he'll see it as a competition and try to show me up. The good thing is he is really smart, and between us problems get figured out rather quickly.

Oh wait, he is annoying. The guy talks non stop. Sometimes I'll leave our office when he's telling me about the 60's, Baseball, or how hard IT was in the 80's. I'll come back five minutes later and he's still on the same topic, never noticing I left.

Lately my thing is to memorize his stories (which I hear at least 3x) and tell them to others as if they were my own. It confuses the hell out of him and ticks him off.

Ahh. My officemate is my age, but just lives a very angry life. She's seemingly always sullen about something. Doesn't ever talk. If I ask how her weekend was I get an "OK" in response, and nothing more, ever. She is always taking personal calls, in conspiratorially-quiet spanish (I don't speak it anyway), at her desk for hours every day.

Basically, if you've ever been in a relationship with a girlfriend or wife who was pissed off at you and you were afraid to say anything all the time? That's how it is for me at work. Except that we never make up, it never gets better, she just continues to brood.

There was a few-months where I let it get to me and she turned me into a version of her. Now it's like a game: "how friendly can I be to this person that seemingly hates everyone?"

It's like how I keep friend requesting @tetonrider on facebook. Someday everyone will cave and we'll get along!

Yeah, well, bad news. Your mom might be depressed and/or have borderline personality disorder. Good news: being fluent in Spanish is pretty good for someone in Ohio.

Yeah, but just wait. One of these days, you're going to have some make up sex that's the stuff myths are made of and it'll all be worth it. And then, she'll cut off your junk and throw it in the blender.

Well my supervisor just gave me a $100 credit gift card.

Hey, it's not a raise, but I'll take it.

You should get her into racing. Then she can be angry about Cat 5s, the 41, Strava, powermeters, w/kg, and wheelsuckers.
