Nice.

There's a good story behind the pony. Years ago there was one of those threads where guys were talking about what to ask for when they join a team. I said I wanted a pony. So when I won the NY Spring Series Pcad got me a pony.

Whatever happened to the old Pcad? Is he still around, or has he wandered off to find some new targets to call fred?

the year before it was the same as the CCC crit, and the year after it was moved to downtown redmond. i think there was also a crit course used in the old mill district, too. anyway, it's possible those crashes your year caused them not to reuse that one.

when they take away your jerseys years from now because they find a test for what you were on, you can post a photo of you kicked back on that sofa, not caring. ;-)

I'm probably screwed then, but I'm going to give it a try. Really hoping to go for the road race but will probably do the crit and TT as well.

Its screwed up in WKO also (although I can fix it there). Overinflated TSS because of all the extra time at the end.
you can edit the file and cut out all the dead time. or its just a whatever ride...just delete it and recalcuate everything

There was a current pro climbing specialist with us a while back and nobody in our club could stay with her that day.

Don't dismiss the fact that its possible you travelled in time.

Also, I finally posted some rarely-used-now wheelsets on FB to sell and the first question is always "is there anything wrong with them?!"

Because selling bum wheelsets on FB with my real name is a surefire way to simplify my life.

Whatcha selling?

Also, my Riivo's came in yesterday. Got one short ride on them. They are definitely wide enough, but I do need to break them in and get used to them.

I love my shoes. My corns and things are actually going away now that the constant rub/irritation is gone.

The numbness and nerve pain still comes on, but it's less. I'm hopeful that with time away from cramped shoes it will continue to improve. Until then, there's def some races 35+ is for me!

On yesterday's ride I got passed by a old VW-dunebuggy thing and heard a metallic clank on the ground. I thought they threw a beer can at me, but as the dune buggy went by I could see all sorts of mechanical pieces falling out of the back of it. They were stopped up the road about a quarter mile. I wish I could do a good Nelson ha-HA because that's exactly what it called for.
