Had about an hour. 0.87 IF. Not too bad, considering.

Another 2 hours of Z2/Z3. At least the belt breaking on my rollers made for some brief excitement... came close, but did not crash.

Three hours today. Started out with a group ride, then rode on my own for another 30 miles. Normalized power for just over two hours was right at SST. Ouchies. I really need these hard group rides, I feel like nothing really substitutes for a group of people making you suffer

About 4 hours. Happy with the hard part of the club ride. It's a smart thing to not be racing tomorrow. I still can't get out of the saddle and wasn't able to follow any of the attacks. It is getting better, though.

Oh ya, don't worry about that big-ass roofing staple...I got it.

seems like your ftp might be set too low. .9 IF for over 5 hours seems a little impossible, or you can just suffer like a mad man.

Ah, you're probably right. I've got it set to 240W. TBH, I don't know what my FTP is anymore. Hard to find a stretch of road around here that I can ride uninterrupted for 20mins. I'll try to bump it up to 250 or 260W though?

learn to ride your breaks alot. For all testing when ever im hitting a stop sign i ride my breaks till im down to maybe 10 mph, then i can roll through if its save. generally i even get a little boost of power becuase of the added instantaneous resistance

3.5 hours Z3/Z2 with teammate yesterday. Today, set out for 2+ hours but felt super-fatigued, so I turned it into a 1:15 active recovery ride. Should be plenty of Z3+ action on tomorrow's team ride, 69 miles or so on tap for me.

also my ride two days after was 77miles and took 5hrs 19mins. TSS was 344 but climbed about 8300 ft vs 6300 ft on the previous ride.

Perhaps my FTP was set too low on garmin perhaps not but why would I lie about my TSS on an Internet forum ? At least jsutkeepspining pointed out why the numbers may be skewed instead of writing "nope."

6 AM over/unders. The 'unders' started dropping off pretty bad, but I was trying. Those hurt way more than a steady interval of the same average output, that's for damned sure.
