Do it, it's fun. The pace seems high so far from what I can tell, but I'm not sure who is pushing it. I don't know if Emile is back to 100% from his illness, but there's always Andy Laughter to put the hurt on. Sitting in is generally fairly sedate. Just don't rotate to the front on 29.

Rode 1.5 hours yesterday. Starting to feel like a cyclist again.

I've been on the rollers all week. I got a new video that plays this during the cool down. Lots of fun.

silly tired - still doing spinervals weekdays (base stuff) - did something today I have been threatening to do for a WHILE.... Went to Fiesta Island and cranked out 100 miles of laps in 5:27. It just had to be done. Most boring century possible? Maybe. STarted to rain on mile 97...

Monday 5:20 enduro ride, tuesday rest, wed gym (high bar back squat, bench, deadlift, leg press), thurs yoga, friday gym (font squat, pendaly rows - which my form sucks at, romanian dead lift, box jumps).
And I commuted most of the week (only about 8 mi round trip).
I feel lazy, but not bad for the last week of prep...

Still a little head cold. Gonna go out with a teammate in a few minutes for an easy ride of several hours duration unless I start to feel worse on the ride.

one doesn't have to ride x miles in training in order to do well in a race of x miles. you already know you can ride 100 miles, so there's little need to prove it. if you train with some intensity over shorter durations that may actually make you faster, sooner.

is a "century race" an actual race or do you mean a timed ride?
