3hrs yesterday with 40min of low cadence tempo...Legs were dead the whole time!
Team ride today, this will be interesting...
Team ride yesterday. Felt great, roughly zone 3 until i figure out my LTHR. I will be on Rollers the rest the week and hopefully purchasing some dumbbells.
6.5 hours 471 TSS 5k ft yesterday on the commuter bike.
Yesterday: 70 degree temps, 3.5 hours on the MTB on trails with friends, mostly Zone 2, some 3/4 but short efforts. Dropped off my friends, put my daughter in the trailer, and rode another 1 hour on bike paths at Zone 1/2.
Today: on the trainer in a minute for 1 hour total, 40 minutes of it at low Zone 4. Off the bike (lifting) tomorrow. Race in 1 week (3 hour MTB).
T-rod, why do I get the feeling that your zone 2 is your friends zone 4? Yesterday was a great day to be out on the bike.
Just under 80 mi enduro ride yesterday. I got to see sun, snow, sleet, rain all on the same route. Exciting.
Took just over 5 hours with over 5k' of climbing. Since my longest race is 80 mi, I think that'll be the longest I'll do.
Quads ached like a ***** after 4 hours.
another 4 hours today with 210 tss. My legs hurt! end of the week states: 16 hours and 20 minutes, and 820 tss.
over 2 hrs on the mtb with a couple very good mtb-ers. One of them a former pro rider. oy.
2.5 hours z1-2 with the team. More climby than I had thought. Great weather.
yesterday, hill climbs in the berskhires. Today...football
2 easy hours this morning to spin the legs out after the CX race yesterday. I left at 6am and it was 44 degrees. I know that's no big deal for most of you guys, but I need better gloves when it gets cool. With the exception of cold fingers, it was a really nice morning.
Planning to do 140 pulls and 200 push ups. Perhaps a 30 min spin on my stationary bike in the basement.

Cross race yesterday. Cross race today + 90min of Z2 on the road bike. Great weather today!
3 hours Z2 today. Missed my target time for the week by 1/2 hour, but hey, I was sick! So that's fine. Also, I squeezed 7 hours into the last three days, so that should do pretty well as far as getting some adaptations. I felt pretty fatigued in the last hour today, which is exactly how I think I should have felt. Day off tomorrow.
Solid base week of 14 hours.
3hrs at .7 IF yesterday on the MUP.
4hrs at .72 IF today on super hilly route, near 5k ft climbing.
ok maybe 2013 starts tomorrow :)
