I ride my bike on the stand 60-90 mins 6 days a week "winter time"
1000-1200 ab crunches with a 25 lb weight on my chest 5 days a week.
3 sets of 7 dumbbell flat bench press on the floor with 75 lb Dumbbells
drop down 50 lb Dumbbells 3 sets of 10.
finish with push ups til failure. I Do this every other day.
tricept extension 5 sets of 10 35 lb dumbell twice a week.
jump rope with hit timer. Jump 1 min rest 30 seconds. Total 30-37 min, jump atleast 145 jumps a min. 3-4 times a week. I wore out some jump ropes. Lol I use a rubber coated steel cable inserted in a ball bearing jump rope grips. Also they are weighted.

I started 2 years ago jan 1 working out, and diet. I didn't start out doing this workout. Lol I'm in shape, but not as good as you would think. Still have a little body fat on my low belly.
I'm 6'2" 195 lbs. I will be 47 next week.

That's because there is no mirror. It looks to the front of the gym.

Either way, impressive cleaning up. All the 45s in one place. Congrats, I'm sure the gym appreciates the help.

So, last night I hit a significant personal goal: 300lb 1x5 Deadlift

I may still be way out of shape, but I'm working at it!

as a safety practice, I'd encourage wearing shoes when lifting.

He trains at home. It's actually not a bad idea unless you worry about dropping plates on your foot.
Personally for heavy lifts I wear these:

adidas Adipower Weightlift - Men's - Training - Shoes - High Energy/White/Black

These are amazing for stability and to protect your feet.

It's called caveman lifting, like the lifting version of paleo. Dolamite is also working on his level 2 beard, good work brother.

This morning I did squats, then SLDL's; then squats, then SLDL's

How would a shoe protect your toes/foot from the millions of pounds you dudes are lifting?

I've got kind of a transition pair of these. They're the old adistar body on the new plastic sole. They're also blue, not white. They do such a great job keeping your feet stable and grouded. I don't use them for deads though.

this is why my heaviest lift is 40lbs.

True story: I bought a weight set once when I was lifting. Olympic plates. The cardboard box with the 2x45s tore when I was lifting it into my car, broke the **** out of my foot!

You're not going to drop the whole barbell on your foot rather a plate or something while loading the bar. Either way it's usually not a huge deal. I like in chucks which are basically fabric and a sole for grip without issue.

i'd wear shoes more for putting weights on/off barbells, dropping a pin/clip/collar, toe stub, etc. go drop a 5# weight on your pinky toe with no shoes on and then drop it on the other foot with shoes on and report back how it differed.

You know you like it, G. Besides, I got it right here in my contract that I don't have to wear any more clothes than I think are necessary.
