My coach has not updated my schedule for a week.......I feel so lost.

So what qualifies as "Too Early" when it comes to FTP training?

That was while you were still in the Great White North, right? How'd you ever have success racing bikes if you didn't kick up the bike work until July?

I was thinking the same thing since winter doesn't really start until January these days...

Late winter would be early March and the first races of the season are later March/early April. Then again, RK had talent so he was probably heading to south or to Arizona\California to get his bike time in. Us mere mortals are stuck sweating it indoors on the trainer staring at the computer wishing for the warm weather to return...

Geez, thanks for the reminder
