Cipo outgunned Boonen in one stage at the Tour of Qatar too. The old man might have something left in the tank for a win at one of the classics.

Peta, Cipo, Freire, Zabel and Hushovd will be battling it out starting Wednesday at Tirreno Adriatico, the traditional warmup for MSR.
And hopefully Cipo has a better Milan San Remo than last year.

I really hope all of these sprinters can remain healthy and in top form for the early stages of the Tour. Any race they show up for actually. Throw in Boonen, McEwen, Hondo, and a few others and you've got yourself a serious race.

Stage 1 is Petacchi's. Another win for the Fassa lead out team. McEwen, Freire, and Hushovd look on.
