The Schwalbe Ones are available in 28mm. Hmmmmmm, perhaps a tubeless kit is in my future.

i was shocked when i was informed of shimano's warning. the guys i know who use those rims and know a few things about bikes ignore it. i just bring it up so folks know and can make their own choice.

Interesting looking around at what new tires are out there. IRC has a sub 250g tire that gets excellent reviews and Hutch has a new Atom out.

My Bontrager R3 tubeless came in at less than 220g if that matters. I have about 750 miles on them so far, probably 100 of which would be on gravel (in small 3-5 mile sections)

I was wrong (I have two sets of R3's regular and tubeless) the regular ones came in at 200g and the tubeless just shy of 280g, still an amazing ride though!

Latest test data shows several of the latest tubeless offerings from IRC ans Schwalbe putting up really good rolling resistance numbers FWIW. Better that most clinchers with latex tubes, only a watt off the best at 30km/hr.
