Don't believe Kittel will be tested much in the sprints this tour. His train is a well oiled machine. Hats off to Renshaw for being right up there. Sagan again in the mix but won't be coming around the big German

Great finish in todays stage. Kittel looked absolutely cooked after that effort and Kristof was great to finish 2nd after going from that far out. I really thought Omega Pharma had that one set up great, with 2.5 km to go they still had 4 guys in front of Renshaw and held the left side, but then they moved right to trap Giant-Shimano and completely fell apart leaving Renshaw all alone.

Renshaw almost flicked Kittel by not following Kristoff.
Marcel had to really kick hard to close it down and come by last second.
No energy to even lift arms

Froome down again!

This guy needs to stop looking at his stem and have a glance up the road.

I can't believe they waited for Froome, AGAIN.

They guy can't stay on his bike. He isn't in yellow and they waited for him yesterday. How many times are they supposed to sit up for Crashy MacFroome?

They will keep waiting for him. GC guys are trying to make it safe and don't want one stage like this to be the end of the Tour, although I don't agree. Cancellara made a great point yesterday when someone mentioned GC riders wanting to neutralize the stage and his response was they don't neutralize the race when they get to the hard mountains to make is easier on the guys that are poor climbers. This is the Tour de France and I am glad they have stage 5 in. The TdF winner should be able to handle all kinds of racing.

Considering how awful the conditions are I think I might pick the break to succeed.

I'm dissapointed Quintana decided to forego TDF and so sad for Tyler Phinney.

Kittel is a beast and crafty Sagan keeps on staying at his wheel maybe he should join Giant Shimano.

Nibali is giving a big F. U. to the best classics riders in the world as he and his teammates distance them!

Epic Stage 5. So many crashes and guys riding passively, yet Sep looked to be having some fun (too bad he punctured):

Whaaa?? This has been such an awesome tour so far for the yellow. I also wonder if kittel going down will make things better/more interesting for the sprints.

Nibali has always been a favorite of mine so I am pretty pleased with this tour but I still think it is going to be a very close race. 100% agree with cancellera on neutralizing.
