I'll be there with my daughter. I'll look for you. I'll be the old guy hanging around with a beautiful 6 ft 14 year old young lady. I'll be riding my new (to me) Yellow black and white Tarmac that I have named "The Wasp" . We will probably stick around for a while depending on homework status etc. . I like watching the P123 race.

Original Zelda was great, so was Metroid. Zelda 2 was a bit off, but Super Nintendo Zelda was fun again. I never made it to the n64 as I kind of faded away from the video games around the Genesis and Super Nintendo era. We bought a PS3 many years back when it first came out and I couldn't get used to the game play and it's now used as a DVD player or for streaming movies.

Camera post -

I'm in upgrade mode for my DSLR. I've been using nikon and i'm not going to switch at this point. Anyone recently decide between a D5300 vs a D3300? these are the two i'm deciding on. I have all the lenses i need. And sorta annoyed that the D3300 does come as a body-only

@shovelhd, positive thoughts for all going as well as possible. Good eyesight is a precious thing. I'm sure yours will be as good as new.

You peaked too soon!

I think the best I ever did was beating it start to finish only dying twice (i had played it and beaten prior to that, so i knew my way around the game). I still remind my brother of that from time to time. He could work me over in Metroid though.

I have a whole bunch that I air dried. PM me your address and I will send some. I probably have your address somewhere, but I am lazy. You may want to dry them a little more as they are not fully crispy. It is hard as hell to dry anything in Florida in the summer. Nobody tries to line dry clothes outside because they only get wetter and then get mildew.

It's already getting dark earlier and colder up here

Can you not post .gif's in here anymore? I tried to post the John Lackey gif and it kept saying that it was too large. Tried several different sources.

I've been riding in the mountains since it's been hot, but I still go to the Sunday club ride. Lots of crashes by the regulars lately, kinda sucks.

Yeah, seriously good luck with the eyes.
I thought I had it bad with some kind of astigmatism (I can't wear rigid contacts and soft ones and glasses don't help).

i've lost more than a few friends to base jumping. unfortunately with base jumping, it's basically a matter of time until something goes wrong. skydiving's much, much safer (that says something!). my friends who do it all have done 1,000s of skydives. the "S" part of BASE jumping is "reasonably" safe...but lots can go wrong...particularly with the "E".

There's a new book out about the evolution to the squirrel suits.
