the seahawks have a systemic problem of "adderall" (for those that don't follow, whenever anyone is busted for PEDs in football the NFL doesn't release the drug, so the players always say "adderall!") abuse in their vaunted defense. More busts than any other team.

Patriots need to win the SB on fully-inflated footballs and maybe the story loses some air. (get it??!)

Hit the deck this morning, wasn't fun. I pedaled through a corner that I have pedaled through about 200 times and for whatever reason my pedal hit the ground and I slid out. I ruined a pair of bibs, got some road rash, may have ruined the jersey too, and my helmet is scraped from the pavement. Bike seems totally fine except the tops of the hoods are scratched but I rode it home and everything is good.

There were three guys riding who saw it happen and one of them knows me so they came over. I thought they were checking on my safety but they started telling me about how I should go watch a youtube video of "cherry hill crashes" and there are a few guys who did what I just did. I told them that's not something I really thought was important right now and to please drop it, but they continued on and on and on and on. It wasn't until I got pretty aggressive that they stopped talking and took off. the nerve of some people is astounding.

dunno. I didn't really take an impact, just kind of slid, and I feel fine, no tingling, extra pain, or mobility issues and it's been six months so I really doubt I could have damaged anything, but we'll see how I feel about it tomorrow.

Two hours tempo and I feel normal except now I'm cornering like a cat5, afraid I'm going to whack my pedal again.

Well, it's been nice knowing all of you. We are about to be swept under a tidal wave of snow that will end civilization completely and turn the earth into a frozen hunk of flint. At the grocery store I saw soccer moms ripping the throats out of old ladies to get the last box of organic mac & cheese.

Wow, that's a killer video.

Yeah, expected light flurries tomorrow in Hoboken too. 3 feet possible and 65mph winds. I assume it will be less since we are close to the water but I bet the office will be closed midweek. I love snow days.

Many years ago, when I was learning to ride my unicycle in front of my parent's house, I fell over top of a rose bush, feet on one side, hands on the other and a bunch of thorns keeping me in place. It was awkward. I had to get someone to help me off the thing.

Next time, use a chain saw and prune them level with the ground.

It's supposed to be worse near the coast. Looks like it could be a top 3 storm in NYC.
