I had all 4 done in one go and in the end it wasn't too bad. I was just so worried about dislodging a clot that I was super careful about everything for about a week.

Not too sure, I know the wineries have sprouted up there in the past few years and I think there are a couple with decent views off of Hwy 46. We ususally just do SLO since there are more options.

Thanks everyone. Slightly more pain now...Yeah, my biggest worry is dry socket. Doc doesn't want me to ride outside for at least four days, but he said indoors is okay. (?) Seems strange to me really.

I guess you're less likely to spit if riding inside.

Doctors have no risk if they tell you to do nothing. There is some minimal risk if they tell you to exercise, etc.

He was a cool dude, I remember him from posting in SoCal regional forums, back when there was an actual community and not a death notification board.

I'm not sure how he got banned but I'm sure it would make a good episode of 'When keeping it real goes bad'.

i'd give it a few days before elevating HR above Z2. A few more days before going full bore (FTP or above). There are some idiotic slowtwitch triathletes who resumed training very soon after having their teeth pulled. You don't want to be one of them. thread here: Wisdom teeth pulled - can I get back to normal tomorrow? (Page 2): Triathlon Forum: Slowtwitch Forums

I made a bad deal. A friend of mine has never tried sushi because it's gross, so I got her to agree to try it...but the catch is that she'll only do it if I see 50 Shades of Gray by myself and post a review of it on facebook.

So that's what I'm doing with my Friday night.

I've met him a few times (umd) and been on the same rides, but when it starts to go up, I go off the back.
I haven't seen him since he got hurt at San Dimas, that's when his screen name got uncensored.

A whole UMD thread! Steve is awesome and gets both my votes for reinstatement, unless I'm so unpopular that hurts his cause in which case I abstain.

also Tim. We've all grown up let's let bygones be bygones.
