I feel like it could still get more aero, with some adjustments.

Which brings me to ...... ordering a cassette, new tires and chain for him. Went to PBK first, coupon didn't work, so checked Ribble out of curiosity. Way cheaper, with no shipping ?! I was expecting Ribble shipping to bring it up to PBK total.
If you order over a certain amount ($100?), Ribble ships free. I get my Shimano parts from them, cheaper than cost here in the States.

Ribble has sales often, 10%-15% off. Wait and stock up. For ten speed chains I buy the bulk KMC DX-10. For 11 speed I use the Shimano 5800. I get my missing links on Amazon in six packs. Cassettes depends who is cheapest. PBK blowouts can be cheaper than Ribble especially with a coupon.

For whatever reason, Ultegra ten speed chains are currently cheaper (.05) than the DX-10s at Ribble, and 5700 chains are a buck cheaper still. I only know because I had to order one last night in addition to an RD.

hibike.de is a lot cheaper when your order totals over $250-300

The bulk chains still come with a missing link. I don't use pins.

Andy Hampsten said someone (a teammate?) called him a "radiator" because of his physique and position.

My son's first road bike ride. No granny gears, so he has to get out of the saddle on some hills. I forgot that it's not just a natural thing to do. Hard to teach.

Incorrect. More like one of those sign boards folks wear when they are advertising on street corners.

I can ride like a 5'3" guy or a 6' guy. Depends who's on my wheel...

I tried to lead out my teammate the last Tues night race I did, I don't remember when that was but August? July? I was holding the tops of my bars with literally just the tips of my fingers, sitting as upright as possible, turning over a big gear fast (hit about 34 mph). Dragged my teammate clear of the field. Went slower in the actual sprint but for a brief, optimistic moment I thought I could beat my teammate as he struggled to hold my wheel. He got me just before the line.

My superior (not my direct boss, but neither here nor there) tried to schedule a meeting so that everyone at the meeting could schedule another meeting where we solve a critical problem at work. Seriously how does this crap work in corporate america? I work in a large university (facilities/construction/engineering) and it baffles me why I need to attend 6 meetings where nothing get accomplished.

In cycling news, I think I'm going with trainer road this off season. I thought about Zwift, but streaming Netflix while on the trainer sounds like a better option.

I agree, I feel like I could go to a third of the meetings I'm supposed to go to and still get all the same information and get the same things accomplished. We literally have a committee on committees that decides whether we have enough, too many, or too few committees and what we should do about it (I'm not on that one, but I put myself up for it because I needed to boost the amount of my time spent in committees for my annual review of how I spend my full-time equivalents).

no, the newer ones have things like remote resistance and they're working on that being upgradable to that online stuff. plus they're red, and red is faster.
