We had a weekend of culture here, took our 4.5 year old to a tapas place and then to a christmas themed celtic music show put on by our local public radio station (he loves music and dancing, so this was totally up his alley). Very good times, definitely recommend it to the Boston folks, as there are still several more scheduled performances

I've been too afraid to take our almost 5 year old to the local tapas place. And now she's got a 1 year old brother, so tapas are probably out for us for another couple years at least. And thinking of tapas makes me miss some good dim sum.

Hey car folk, random question: how many exhaust manifolds would a ~2005 Mustang have?
Can it have 3?
Can it have 3?

Congrats, FB!
Re kids and tapas: I actually think they're great kids places. We took a 3-generation trip to Spain this summer and some of our best meals were when we just got a nice assortment of tapas. Because the plates are small and there's usually a variety, you can usually find something even for picky eaters.

Did the car have an exhaust leak or something? It would need a gasket as well but that should be itemized or included and not simply added as an extra manifold.

There is an item for a gasket as well, fwiw.
So the invoice is like:
1 exhaust manifold: $150
3 replace manifold: $240 (3 x $80)
1 manifold gasket: $25
It's the "3x replace manifold" that doesn't make sense, since it sounds like one exhaust manifold is being replaced.
Then again this is happening in another state, and I have no idea about car stuff.

definitely great having that variety, but tapas places around here seem to position themselves as fancy date night type places, which was my only hesitation, so it was just a matter of going early. My son is a jamon fan, as am I. Just give me some cheeses, bread and cured meats and I'm a happy guy
Nonsense

Grumble ... dislocated my shoulder yesterday being an idiot on the bike. Was doing a little warm up sprint before trying cross. Road was wet and slick, started to brake into a turn, and the front wheel slipped out. Felt ok for about 5 minutes and then realized something wasn't right.
Docs reset it last night and I have an ortho follow up appointment tomorrow. Hoping for a quick recovery because I hate the trainer.

Rode my bike Saturday. I feel like that means I can check in. It had cobwebs on it. Between the spokes, in the brake levers. It may have been a while since I rode. Felt nice though, to get out and relax for a bit.
Hope everyone is doing well. Wife and I are expecting our first child. Things are busy here. Baby girl is due in like 6 weeks, somehow. Not sure where the time went. Freaking out a bit, but it'll work out. We have a carseat to get her home in, the rest will work out.
