I think @grolby point about putting on the sleeves both part way and then sort of getting it onto your shoulders equally is the important part for me. If you put one arm all the way in, it's really hard to contort and get your other arm started.
If you've ever worn a wetsuit, it's basically the same process, minus the zipper. Legs in and tight one at a time, both arms started behind you, shimmy it onto your shoulders, and adjust.

That's the term?

Also, both arms at one time, absolutely right. I corrected my original response. The shoulder sashaying is after both arms are up to about their triceps in the sleeves, you kind of do alternating shoulder raises to get the skinsuit shoulders onto your shoulders, arms follow, then pull up and adjust everything.

I'm getting tired of drivers being "courteous" or expecting me not to obey traffic laws, or whatever it is they're attempting to do. If you beat me to a stop sign, don't stop halfway into the intersection and wave me through because you expect me to run my stop sign. If it doesn't look like I'm stopping it's because I'm gonna rock the bike in a second after you clear the intersection. Instead I end up track standing and waiting for you to get the hell out of the way.
And seriously, don't stop in the freaking through road to try and let me out from a side road. Are you kidding? You're going to get me killed and yourself rear ended. Not to mention I was going left and there was traffic from the other direction, so it wasn't safe right then anyway.

The closest I ever came to being killed was when a person did this exact thing. There was a waving standoff between me and the driver and traffic started to back up behind her. Then some impatient jackwagon three cars back pulls out and passes the line on the right, which means he blazed by a few inches from my front wheel. I still shudder when I think about it.

stopped at a stopsign on the group ride yesterday. literally standing there with left foot down and the driver coming from the left stops in the middle of the intersection to give us the finger wag.
Her window was open so I yelled something like "we're ****ing stopped, you're in the way!"

Deer must feel the same way we do with overly friendly drivers at intersections, when they stumble into people that do not want to shoot em and eat em.

Funny, exactly this happened to me yesterday. I was on a trail crossing the road, a big pickup truck stopped and waved me across, I waved him by, we both waved and waved, finally I put both feet down and lifted my arms like "I am just standing here!" He got really angry and peeled out.

I registered for a 40k TT on Sunday.
I haven't been riding my TT bike as much as I should have.
It is going to suck.

Ugh ... drivers that yield their ROW kill me. I will stop, feet out of pedals, and wave them through and refuse to move forward until they're through. It just sets a horrible precedent to do otherwise. I get that they think they're being nice, but JUST GO!

Worst of all is when you're in a group and a driver with the right-of-way waves you through, then half the group goes and the other half of the group waves the driver through.

Unpopular opinion but I go on stop signs if cars to the left or right are still approaching and its safe. I'm not going to stop for a moment and put them in a window to hit me if they run the sign.

Gosh, I hate this too. I'll take it and wave back if It's literally just me and one car and they're waving me through with eye contact. If there is anyone else in the vicinity: cars, riders, or pedestrians, no, absolutely not. We don't need the confusion and a dangerous situation. I'll put a foot down and sit on the top tube. That usually signals them to go, my body language is like: naw man, I'm posted up!!!

In other news, I spent nearly $400 on some s-works shoes today. That **** is like designer!!!
Once I zoom out and have experienced the shoes for a while, the whole thing will really open up my perspective on consumerism and productization within cycling retail markets. I have experience using bargain bin and second-hand pairs of cycling shoes, but I literally just bought the nicest pairs of shoes that I can get, at a retailer, at full MSRP before my SDBC team discount.
Going forward I will have a mature and complete scope of what it's like to buy and ride different shoes, and will be able to make the most informed decisions. But for the time being:
You getting mad, and I'm getting rich. You getting maaaaaad, and I'm getting rich!!!!

They are amazing indeed.
When I first wore them I felt like I'd be way more strong b/c of them somehow. That didn't work out, but they look nice!

Ok dumb question time.
If you're totaling results (wins, podiums, top 10s), does a win count as a podium?
So if your results are 3rd, 1st, 4th, and 20th - how many top 10s/podiums/wins do you have?
