what a fantastic weather day. 70 deg F, no humidity and not a cloud in the sky. why am i here working?

although this a.m., when I got up to train it was 45 deg outside and dark. rollers? in july? wtf is wrong with me?!?

sounds like an insulation layer courtesy of a few beers would do you some good. should i bring the same stuff or would you want something different

I'm into season two of Sons of Anarchy on the morning trainer rides. It's pretty entertaining. It's a bit like an edgy Dukes of Hazzard, but I'm ok with that.

I can't get into any of those man soap operas. Breaking Bad, SOA, all that stuff is boring. I did binge watch House of Cards though, that show is awesome
