Simple WKO Question

My apologies here, but I have a simple WKO+ (3.0) question and I am sure that there are some users here.

I'm just getting started and my question is "where does WKO+ store workout files that you download from your Garmin 800 (in my case)"? I have no problem loading and using those files, but when I begin to try out Multi-File/Multi-Range analysis, WKO seems to want me to 'load these files'. I can get to a couple dozen workout files from my Calendar (even with no Garmin device attached) so the files are somewhere. But the Open File dialog just gives me a standard Win7 Explorer file dialog.

So where are these files saved? I found a 'Data Folder' under my WKO Program folder, but all it has is some "Joe Athlete" files. Unfortunately I have about a trillion .fit files from an abandoned (for now) astrophotography project, so 'SEARCH' is marginally helpful in this case.

Thanks.

dave

is there a way in wko to search for best at a specific time frame? Like say, my best hour, or my best 90 minutes?

I think you want the Mean Maximal Power history chart or the Mean Maximal Power Curve, either one would show you your PBs over whatever history you set
