My routine is two scoops Jay Robb Protein powder, eight oz OJ mixed with eight oz water. Drink, exercise then a breakfast of oatmeal, honey and fruit or fruit with a variety of different cereals. Primarily any Optimum blend, (Nature's Path), or grape nuts.

Great way to start the day.
