Man i dunno whats up with me today, I tried to go ride the exercise bike at the gym for maybe 30-45mins just becuz i was feelin kinda run down already. I rode it for 11mins before i felt totally drained. I dunno whats up. I played a 3 hour football game yesterday and then had to study for a huge mid-term and then TAKE the mid-term this morning. I didnt get in bed until almost 2am and had to be up at 8. I also have this pain in my chest when i breath in deep. I think i might be getting sick. Should i lay off workin out for a few days?
You've done too much over the past day or so. Take it easy. Yer immune system may be down, which can invite sickness.
Rest, watch TV, read a book, go to a movie, whatever you do to recharge.
