Which to get?
The silver ones or the colored ones? I think the silver ones might be lighter, since they are plain, but the colored ones are likely a bit stronger since they have some surface anodization. Are there any others out there that are better as an upgrade? What do you all use? Is a thing of 500 enough?
Though I'm worried about getting the colored ones; my second cousin Elroy might see them and decide to get some just like them, so maybe I should stick with silver so he won't be tempted to copy me!!!!
Then again, what about using wax or Superglue on the cable ends? Though that seems like it would be too flexy, and my shop can't get the right Superglue until November of next year, so maybe I'll use Gorilla Glue instead? What do you all think?
