DAMN IT! 21 miles into my ride today I felt my seat lowering and then SNAP, the post snapped off at the collar. I was able to control the bike to a stop and then walked home 2 miles. Because of my height, I had 8" of post sticking up. I need a STRONG alternative...maybe even a piece of solid steel stock. Man, I've had some shi**y luck lately.
