heavier spring, as noted. then check your oil height. play with that a bit. raise/lower, and play with differing viscosities until you get what you like out of the fork.
you have some air preload on there, right? up that a bit. maybe slow your rebound down a bit as well to see if that helps until you can get the right spring in.
