I've got a Brooks Team Professional and a B17 and personally I think the B17 is more comfortable, but the Team Pro would look better on a bike like that. Any rack will do. I have a Blackburn that is ok. It'd be fine for light touring or commuting. I wouldn't do heavy touring on that bike though. I got rid of mine because of the harsh ride. It was fast though.
