Honestly there are quite a few wheel choices out there even hubs that work with campy hubs, so no compatibility there. For example Mavic, american classic and velomax currently make wheelsets that will work. As for hubs you can choose Torreli, Edco, Campy I know of off-hand. You can even go with shimano hubs, and use Wheel Manuf, American Classic, or mavic 10sp cassettes which work with campy drivetrain.

Now for the fork Reynolds makes a Excellent fork, there pro is a bit lighter and more expensive but is one of the top forks reviewed on road bike review, they don't list hte comp.

I almost bought a reynolds fork for my last bike, look also makes excellent products.
