It does take some getting used to. Eventhough I am not an experienced road biker. Usually mountain. I find myself as the stoker leaning away from the parked cars sometimes in our neck of the woods. I have made my captain (also my husband) get off of busy streets because of the fear of getting squished. Here in good old L. A. we try for the less traveled road but ..... Anyways I digress. I think you do become more comfortable with the speed and control issue and I do trust my captain 100%, sometimes I just grin
