$49.95 rolled tool kit on Nashbar - quality?

I just built up my first bike and currently own the following tools:

- Good socket set and screwdrivers
- Hex set
- 1/8" Chain whip
- Lockring wrench
- Chain tool

I saw that this toolkit is on sale: http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?c...u=15348&brand=

It has some things I already own, but one can always use more hex wrenches. I'd basically be duplicating the Park Tools chain tool I just bought, and getting a 3/32" chain whip out of the deal (although I really don't need that). I do get the following useful tools that I'd probably own eventually:

- BB tool
- Crank puller
- Spoke tool
- Better tire levers
- Pedal wrench

So essentially I'm asking: is this still a good deal and are the tools good enough for a non-professional?
