I'm right there with you, buddy. I gained about 7 from Thanksgiving to now. Hurt my knee running on the Texas A&M (rough!) cross-country course about two months ago and can't run. Only swimming and biking now and can't get those done every day.
My wife and sister are great cooks, and it shows on me after the holidays.
But, I am getting down to 188 if it kills me! (Only 28 pounds to go!)
