Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

I don't know. No X-Rays (I hate my doctor). Here's my post on it in another thread. At first I thought a severe contusion to the pectoralis...but, swelling has subsided, and I can now palpate the specific area. Hard to tell if inter-rib or rib hurts more. Plus, it hurts across at least 3 ribs, about 1-inch above the nipple-line to 6-inches above.

Never, ever had sore ribs from anything.
Either way, it's the same treatment.....time and take it easy, especially with lifting! Actually, a cracked rib hurts LESS! That could go either way. symptom wise. Any grinding feel if you cough? Keep a close eye on it and if pain worsens or you experience difficulty breathing get thee hence to the ER!

Take it easy for a while, like I said!
