TMI, I know, but any advice on good-for-the-colon-on-long-rides food is appreciated.
What have you tried? My stomach is the source of many problems on long climbing rides. I have had good luck with regular food like sandwiches, bananas, PB&J, Fig Newtons, etc. I can't tolerate gels and too much Cytomax or too many Clif/Powerbars gives me nausea. A grilled chicken sandwich and I feel great.
