Irvine riders - anyone ride Jeffery?
Just curious if anyone has ridden Jeffrey between Portola and Santiago Canyon. I was looking at Google maps and noticed that the road goes all the way through, however I do not know if it is open to public bike traffic.
I imagine the road should have some decent inclines so I would like to give it a try.
