My long range goal is to be riding as fast or faster at 40 as I did at 28-30 when I was racing. the 2005 season is the out of time year for this.
Objectives are:
20 mile TT on road bike in under 50 minutes. This year was a 55:34 but the route includes 6 intersections with stop signs so I have to find a better route.
Metric century (62 miles) in less than 2:42. Did a 2:54 this year. I got lots of work to do here.
I will be working on the short time trial mainly this 2004 season and slowly work on the distance.
