It took 3-4 weeks to start working for me. That was taking two of the 500/400 strength pills a day. The bottle says to take 3.
After my knee pain subsided, I cut back to one per day and that worked great for 5 years. Then a little bit of pain returned and I upped my dosage to 2 per day. I have been pain-free ever since.
I'm holding out on going to three per day until I need to.
Counting me, I know of 6 people who have tried it to address knee pain, it worked for 3 of us.
For me, it has been a miracle.
