Given the choice, all things being equal, I'd rather be on my old motorcycle, but the cost of getting back up and running - not to mention the family-friendly angle - and the fact that two wheels is better than four and here I am.

I've looked at the Recreational & Family forum, it looks like a great resource, and the benchmark on kids in trailers seems to be 12 months, but it really depends on how strong the neck muscles are and if they can handle the rigors of bike travel. Our little one is seven months (today in fact) and by the time spring takes hold for good in late April she will be 10 months so it's really just a matter of time between now and June when she can come out with us.
