trainers are tough to pick. I have a Kurt Kinetic, but they are expensive.
I have some Spinerval dvds, but mostly I watch old scifi while I spin. Today it was the 2nd Matrix movie, but usually it is a series of some sort. You want time in the saddle; so something entertaining is going to work better for you until you feel up to the more intense training.
