ugh, i'm sure this is an idiotic question that no one wants to hear, and i'd probably rather not hear it if i were you, but...
i'm trying to get new cranks on, and on the drive-side crank, i was able to get the cap-bolt-nut-thing off and remove the crank with a crank-puller, but on the left side arm i cant seem to get the cap-bolt-nut-thing off. i think i've come damn close to stripping it using my 8mm hex wrench (which is what fits in it). i turned it counter-clockwise, f*ck, i've even turned it clockwise, and have been reading the same steps on
here over and over again.
outside of me not being a puny bastard, is there anything i can do to get this damned thing off?
